SEIU Local 113 is now SEIU Healthcare Minnesota

A million healthcare workers have joined together as SEIU Healthcare to speak with one strong national voice for good jobs and quality care.

• Having a million healthcare workers speaking with one strong voice is an important step toward fixing our broken healthcare system. Nobody knows more about what’s wrong with healthcare in America and how to fix it than us, the frontline caregivers.

• SEIU Healthcare will work to ensure quality, affordable care for every man, woman, and child in America.

• We’ll work to unite the millions of healthcare workers who want a voice on the job, want to improve the care they deliver, and want a say in the national debate on healthcare reform.

• The creation of a national healthcare union will enable us to pool our resources, coordinate our strategies, and unite our strength like never before.
   

As Minnesota’s health care workers, we have a proud tradition of standing together for a brighter future for ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Now, we have even more strength and resources to fight for the future we all can imagine...and deserve.

As part of this transformation into a more powerful force for health care workers, we will now be known as SEIU Healthcare Minnesota.  Now, every time we take on a challenge, the 14,000 members of SEIU Healthcare Minnesota can count on the unity and resources of our 1,000,000 sisters and brothers.
