2007 has been, and will continue to be, a year of bold action in SEIU Healthcare Minnesota. Together, we are building an expanding strength and presence in all of our health care facilities.

Member Leaders Building Plan for Long-Term Success of Our Local

Our elected Executive Board members, who are workers in every type of health care facility across Minnesota, together with the elected officers and staff of SEIU Healthcare Minnesota, are engaged in an exciting process to build our long term vision to make sure we’re all achieving our hopes, dreams, and aspirations.

It’s been a challenging process, but one that has opened us all up to new ideas and new opportunities. Think about your dreams for yourself and your family and how together as a union, we can make those dreams a reality.

Member Leaders Stepping Up

At the Twin City hospitals, we are seeing a new era of strong leadership from our stewards. We are enforcing our contracts more effectively than ever and making sure that the provisions we put in place to protect workers and patients are respected.

Member Training and Development Expanding

Every steward across our Local is coming together in our new steward training program to plan for our future and to build our skills from contract enforcement to political accountability. The skills we are all learning will be invaluable in our contract fights and as we expand our strength to improve the lives of all Minnesotans.
